Parent Teacher Organisation (PTO)
The goal of New School’s Parent Teacher Organisation (PTO) is to support developing a closer connection between school and home by encouraging parent involvement and to improve academic and social experience through volunteerism. The PTO aims to connect parents to the school community in meaningful ways.
- Some of the activities carried out by the PTO are:
- Assist in organising International Day
- Charity events
- Organising different cultural events for parents and students.
The PTO is run by a board which is represented by parents and teachers from both the Georgian and English sections and is open to any parent, teacher or administrator who wishes to be involved in supporting school activities. The PTO holds monthly meetings to discuss ideas, brainstorm how to address school needs and plan activities for students.
If you are interested in being a member of New School’s PTO please complete the online form.
Alumni
New School alumni will always be an important part of our school. We encourage our alumni, of past students and retired staff, to be engaged and active members of our community by being involved with New School and also attending our alumni events. These events range from cultural and academic interests, socials, dinners and receptions.
The best way to stay connected with New School and be informed of upcoming events is to make sure we have your current contact information. Please send your updated email address and phone number by completing the online form. We would also love to add your story, to share your success and inspire others.
