At New School, our dress code promotes a sense of belonging while allowing students to feel comfortable and confident throughout the school day.

Students should wear neat, practical and age-appropriate clothing in the school’s approved colours:

• Red
• White
• Navy blue
• Sky blue
• Beige

These colours may be combined in shirts, polo shirts, blouses, sweaters, cardigans, trousers, skirts, dresses and other suitable school clothing. Red may also be used as an accent colour.

Clothing should be clean, well-fitting and appropriate for lessons and school activities. Footwear should be comfortable, safe and suitable for daily movement around the school.

Clothing with large commercial logos, offensive words or images, excessively ripped garments, beachwear and overly revealing clothing are not appropriate for school.

For Physical Education lessons, students should wear the designated PE clothing and appropriate sports shoes.

We ask parents and students to support the dress code consistently. A shared colour palette helps create a smart, welcoming school environment and strengthens our sense of community.
